Zhitek Technology Has Successfully Obtained IATF 16949 Certification
In January 2024, our company successfully passed the IATF 16949:2016 International Automotive Industry Quality Management System certification audit. This marks a significant milestone in our company's development, indicating that our quality management system has met international automotive industry standards. IATF 16949 is a global automotive industry quality management system standard established by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) and is one of the most authoritative and stringent quality management system certifications in the automotive industry.
The successful acquisition of this certification fully demonstrates our company's continuous investment and unremitting efforts in quality management. During the certification process, the audit team conducted a comprehensive and in-depth audit of our quality management system, including organizational environment, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, and improvement. The audit team highly praised our quality management system, believing that the company has established a complete quality management system with sound management systems and deeply ingrained quality awareness.
The core of IATF 16949 certification lies in its comprehensive requirements for automotive supply chain quality management. This standard not only requires enterprises to meet the basic requirements of the ISO 9001 quality management system but also particularly emphasizes specific requirements for the automotive industry, including the application of tools such as Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), as well as special requirements for supplier management, product design and development, and manufacturing process control.
